Modular AR – Wigan A modular development at Wigan Pier, being brought forward by by our client, Step Places, on behalf of the council, is due to receive £1.1m to build eight modular townhouses. The regeneration of Wigan Pier has been a long-running project, and includes the eight townhouses, aside the canal. These have now had builders and sparkle cleans as well as brick and road cleans. Working with the canal and river trust to make sure all works didn’t affect the fish stocks and water quality.
