This £4.1m development will create 32 apartments for out newest client, Tolent Construction, in York.
Situated just outside the city centre on Redeness Street, the four storey apartment block includes a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments with a private roof terrace on the fourth floor.
Unique Clean started on site in November last year and the contract finished late January 2022.
The project replaces a newly demolished retail outlet and will also create 16 private car parking spaces underneath the L-shaped building with a mixture of internal builders/sparkle cleans, window cleaning and brick cleaning.
