The 614-unit residential development, Clippers Quay, is now complete. Cleaning works started on site in early summer 2017, for Sir Robert McAlpine, with the first of 5 buildings which included 3, 2 & 1 bedroom apartments.
A dedicated team of 8 cleaners on site, which rose to 18 on specific handover dates, kept our guys busy for the best part of 18 months, a job which couldn’t have been done without their attention to detain and willingness to get the job complete.
The new build to rent/private rental sector (PRS) project saw the creation of five high-quality, medium-rise buildings, constructed in durable and low-maintenance materials, with maximum opportunity taken to connect these with the Manchester Ship Canal which bounds two sides of the site.
